Resumen

Este dosier quiere ser una aportación al conocimiento de las formas y prácticas coloniales que potencias europeas de rango medio o menor —Italia, España o Portugal— desplegaron en el continente africano a lo largo del siglo xx. La investigación presenta algunas de las estrategias y efectos del poder colonial. Los artículos que abordan los diversos casos se articulan en torno al eje común de la prioridad otorgada a los estudios sobre visualidad colonial.
